Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can or possibly 3 1/2 ounce coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 T butter

Directions

  1. Mix above ingredients in blender. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Last 20 min at 350 degrees. Fills 2 foil pie pans or possibly 1 deep dish large size.For Chocolate Custard omit coconut and add in 4 tbsp cocoa and sugar.
