Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can or possibly 3 1/2 ounce coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 T butter
Directions
- Mix above ingredients in blender. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Last 20 min at 350 degrees. Fills 2 foil pie pans or possibly 1 deep dish large size.For Chocolate Custard omit coconut and add in 4 tbsp cocoa and sugar.
