- ¾ cup hot coffee
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup sweetened coconut, shredded
Directions
- Toast coconut in the oven at 350* for 8-10 minutes, just until browned.
- Pour coffee into a mug and add coconut milk.
- Add toasted coconut to the top and enjoy!
