Ingredients
- 4 x Large eggs beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter melted
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Coconut flaked
- 1 x Pie shell, 9", partially baked Toasted flaked coconut (OPT)
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat well. Stir in 1 c. coconut; pour into partially baked pie shell. Bake at 325 for 45 to 50 min or possibly till set. Cold on wire rack. Garnish with toasted coconut.
