Cocoa Apple Cake Recipe

• 3 x Large eggs
• 2 c. granulated sugar
• 1 c. (2 sticks) butter
• 1/2 c. water
• 2 Tbsp. cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 c. finely minced nuts
• 1/2 c. chocolate pcs
• 2 x apples, cored and grated or possibly finely minced (2 c.)
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla
• 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
