Ingredients
- 1 pkt refrigerated bread dough
- 2 1/2 ounce corned beef sliced
- 1 c. sauerkraut liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese shredded
- 1/2 c. thousand island salad dressing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 . Bake bread according to package directions. Let cold before thinly slicing. Chop corned beef. Combine corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and dressing. Arrange slices of bread on baking stone. Top each slice of bread with Reuben mix. Bake 10 - 12 min or possibly till cheese is melted. Serve hot.
