Ingredients
- 2 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2/3 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 T parsley, dry
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) bottle grape jelly
Directions
- Mix first 8 ingredients together. Make into bit size meatballs. Brown in oil. Cool. Heat chili sauce and jelly till jelly melts. Add in meatballs.
