1 c. Finely minced onion
1/4 c. Cider vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Chili pwdr

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered for 30-45 min or possibly till sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally. Strain if you like. Season with warm pepper sauce.
