  • 10 hard boiled eggs, chilled
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1/4 cup clean eating mayo (store bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. minced red onion
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley or 1 tbsp. finely chopped, fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Large lettuce leaves
  • OPTIONAL ADDITIONS:
  • Shredded, cooked chicken
  • Cooked shrimp
