  • 2 c. white bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp fast rise yeast (or possibly 1 1/2 tspns active dry yeast)
  • 1 1/8 c. water
  • 3 c. white bread flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp fast rise yeast (or possibly 3 tspns active dry yeast)

Directions

  1. Follow loading instructions per your owner's manual.
  2. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid, or possibly delayed time bake cycles.
  3. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
