A mild sweet & savory salmon dish

Directions

  1. Mix brown sugar with kosher salt .
  2. Coat the salmon with the mix
  3. Let the fish rest for 5 -10 min
  4. Place the salmon in a glass baking dish
  5. Drizzle the 2 Tbs Ponzu Sauce over the salmon
  6. Juice the lemon over the salmon
  7. Place pineapple slices around the fish
  8. Broil for 10 min (or less depending on your personal preferance)
  9. Remove salmon from broiler & plate with pineapple slices on top of the salmon.
  10. I serve this dish over rice noodles & braised spinach.
