Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 1 x Grapefruit
- 1 x Orange
- 1 x Lime, juice of (or possibly to taste) Cinnamon Honey (optional)
Directions
- Here is a recipe I adapted from Prevention Magazine:
- Peel and section the grapefruit and orange and slice into bite-sized pcs. Squeeze on some lime juice and drizzle with honey and sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon on it. Stir and eat.
- Note: The original recipecalled for 2 Tbsp. of honey. For me, which is*way* too much. Most of the time I leave it out or possibly just drizzle a tiny bit over it depending on the sweetness of the fruit. This is really nice with pancakes for breakfast.
- Note: The fruit can be supremed if, like me, you do not like the white membrane on it.
