Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 2 packages. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 c. flour
Directions
- Beat large eggs first. Add in cake mix and yeast mixed with 1/2 cup warm water. Add in some flour and alternate with 2 cups warm water. Mix till it's well blended. (You may have to add in more flour if too sticky.) Grease bowl well and let rise till double in size. Divide dough and roll in a rectangle, brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and cut in 1 inch pcs. Put in well greased pan and let rise. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 15 to 20 min. As soon as you take them from the oven, cover with saran wrap. This keeps them soft. Let cool and frost.
