- Mix like pie crust. Add in 2/3 cup lowfat milk. Knead and roll to 10 x 18 inch rectangle. Sprinkle - 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Cut in 1 inch slices. Bottom of pan - 2 tbsp Crisco, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup syrup. Pecans, nuts, or possibly raisins are optional. Bake 25-30 min at 375 degrees.
