Ingredients
- 5 to 6 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 pkgs yeast and salt in large bowl. Heat 1 1/2 cups lowfat milk and 1/4 cup butter then pour into above mix.Add in 2 large eggs and rest of flour then knead, break off pcs and shape in the size of golf balls. Dip into cinnamon topping and roll into 1 cup melted butter.
- Place balls in bundt pan. Let rise 1 hour in a warm place. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 to 50 min. Turn upside down when cooling.
