Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

What an unusual (but, "why didn't I think of that?") concept - and very beautiful too. The cinnamon blended with all the other spices are beautiful, especially the cardamon. I tried it with purchased apple pie spice (blended), and it was not as nice as your recipe. Thank you for sharing!
