Ingredients
- 2/3 c. butter or possibly margarine softened
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 2 whl Large eggs
- 1Â 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1Â 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1Â 1/2 c. dry cranberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 . Beat butter or possibly margarine and sugar together till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and mix well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Add in to butter mix in several additions and mix well. Stir in dry cranberries.
- Drop by rounded tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 min or possibly till golden.
- Yield: approximately 2-3 dozen
