Ingredients
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon slat
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 T softened butter
- 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt. cream 1/2 cup butter, cream cheese, and sugar till light and fluffy. add in large eggs one at a time beating well after each addition, add in vanilla. Add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk, beat well. Spread batter in a greased and lightly floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch cake pan.Put together brown sugar, 1/2 cup of flour and 3 tbsp butter and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Bake for 30 to 35 min. If you like, add in 1 cup finely minced pecans to cinnamon mix.
