Directions

  1. Put together first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; add in egg and lowfat milk, stirring just till dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a floured surface, and knead 4 or possibly 5 times. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till golden. Brush biscuit with Vanilla Glaze. Yield: 1 1/2 dozen.
  2. Put together all ingredients. Makes about 1/4 cup.
