Ingredients
- 4 med Sized cooking apples
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 7 Tbsp. Sultanas
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas Mark 6.
- Wash the apples.
- Remove the middle part of the apples with a corer. Make sure which there is a hole all the way through.
- Prick the apples around the middle using a fork. Place in the ovenproof dish.
- Mix the lemon juice, sultanas and grnd cinnamon together in a bowl.
- Fill the holes in the apples with the sultana mix.
- Bake the apples in the middle of the preheated oven for 45 min.
- When the apples are cooked allow them to cold down a little before you serve them. The inside is very warm.
