Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Hot water
  • 2 pkt Dry yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 1/2 ounce Instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 6 c. Flour
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Combine water, yeast and sugar. Stir till dissolved; set aside. In large bowl prepare pudding according to package. Add in melted butter, Large eggs and salt. Mix well, then add in yeast mix and blend well. Gradually add in flour; knead till smooth. Place in large greased bowl and let rise till doubled.
  2. Punch down dough and let rise again. Roll out and prepare with cinnamon, butter, sugar mix. Roll up and cut into buns. Cover and let rise till doubled.
  3. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Frost with cream cheese frosting: Mix together cream cheese, butter, vanilla, sugar and lowfat milk. Spread onto buns.
