Ingredients

  • 1 lrg Onionchopped fine
  • 2 x Cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 20 ounce Can stewed tomatoes crushed
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey

Directions

  1. Cook onion and garlic till tender. Stir in chili pwdr, paprika, pepper, cum in, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add in tomatoes, water, vinegar, and honey.
  2. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally till thickened and flavors are blended. Serve over pasta.
