Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp crushed red chile flakes
- 1 tsp rubbed dry sage
- 1 tsp dry thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 tsp finely-chopped lemon zest
- 1/2 c. apple cider
- 4 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions
- Whisk together red chile flakes, sage, thyme, celery seed, sugar, parsley, lemon zest, apple cider, vinegar, mustard and oil.
- Use to marinate chicken breasts or possibly pork chops at least for 4 hrs or possibly up to 8 hrs. Will keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
