  • 1 x Ciabatta loaf Lollo rosso lettuce leaves
  • 1 x Extra large tomato, sliced
  • 6 x Black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 lrg Carrot, grated A bunch or possibly packet of watercress sprigs
  • 6 slc Parma ham

Directions

  1. Slice the ciabatta loaf horizontally in half, leaving it ''hinged'' along one side.
  2. Fill with lettuce, tomato, black olives, carrot, watercress and Parma ham.
