Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 5Â 1/2 c. Minced seeded tomato
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh oregano
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add in onion and garlic; saute/fry 3 min. Add in remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally. Serve over pasta or possibly polenta, or possibly on crostini.
