Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 2 c. Sliced celery
  • 1 c. Sliced onions
  • 1/2 c. Pork gravy
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 c. Minced cooked pork
  • 1 can Chinese vegetables

Directions

  1. Cook onions & celery in oil till tender. Add in other ingredients and simmer 10-15 min. Serve over rice or possibly Chinese noodles (I use both.) Good use for left-over pork roast.
