Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 c. Sliced celery
- 1 c. Sliced onions
- 1/2 c. Pork gravy
- 1 can Mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 2 c. Minced cooked pork
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
Directions
- Cook onions & celery in oil till tender. Add in other ingredients and simmer 10-15 min. Serve over rice or possibly Chinese noodles (I use both.) Good use for left-over pork roast.
