Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 sq. (2 ounce) unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Directions
- Cream sugar and butter. Add in rest of ingredients and mix well. Drop by tsp into hot waffle iron. Make several at a time, dropping them 1 inch apart. Close cover and let them cook about 1 minute. They are light brown when done. Dry on a wire rack for a couple min. Frost with chocolate cream frosting. Makes about 50 cookies.
