- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 ounce semisweet chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter (at room temperature )
- ¼ cup plus 6 ½ teaspoons granulated sugar (divided)
- 1 large egg yolk
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 ounce cream cheese (at room temperature )
- 2 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 5-6 fresh strawberries (washed, stemmed and finely diced)
