2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 egg, cold
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cold milk
Powdered sugar for dusting
Sweetened whipped cream for serving, optional
