Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Dark Chocolate
  • 3/4 cup Hot Coffee
  • 5 tablespoons Bourbon
  • 8 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup light cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (pure pumpkin, not the pie mix!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 package (7 oz) Italian ladyfingers (about 24 cookies)
