Ingredients
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
Directions
- Combine crumbs, brown sugar, and butter. Press into a 9 inch springform pan.
- 2 C creamy peanut butter2 C sugar2 8-ounce pkgs. cream cheese2 Tablespoons butter, meltedt teaspoon vanilla extract1 1/2 C heavy cream, whipped
- In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla till smooth and creamy. Mix in whipped cream. Spoon mix into crust. Chill 6 hrs.
- 3/4 C semi-sweet chocolate pieces3 Tablespoons butter1/4 C sour cream1/2 teaspoon vanilla1 1/2 C sifted powdered sugar
- Heat together chocolate and butter on low heat, in top of double boiler, or possibly in microwave. Cold about 10 min. Stir in lowfat sour cream and vanilla.
- Gradually add in powdered sugar, beating by hand until smooth and of spreading consistancy. Spread over filling. Refrigeratetill hard.
