Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Warm water, or possibly coffee
1 pkt Chocolate Shake Mix, (Alba)
3/4 ounce Rolled oats, uncooked
2 Tbsp. Raisins

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. On a sheet of wax paper roll into a log. Wrap with wax paper and freeze at least 2 hrs. Eat frzn or possibly thawed.
