Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. corn syrup
- 2 T melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Beat large eggs till thick (3 min). Add in sugar, salt, syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir in coconut, oatmeal and chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. (Pie will be very dark.) Cool.
