Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. minced walnuts
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter spread
- 3 teaspoon cocoa
Directions
- Combine oats, coconut and walnuts and set aside. In a bowl combine sugar, lowfat milk, spread and cocoa and put in microwave on medium, stirring every so often for about 2 to 3 min. Remove mix from microwave and stir in oatmeal mix. Quickly drop by rounded tsp. on wax paper. Cold completely. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 2 dozen.
