  1. Heat chocolate and butter over warm water. Beat Large eggs till frothy; stir in sugar, chocolate mix and peppermint extract. Add in flour, salt and nuts; mix well. Pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Cold.
