Ingredients
- 4 (1 ounce.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 c. flour
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Heat chocolate and butter over warm water. Beat Large eggs till frothy; stir in sugar, chocolate mix and peppermint extract. Add in flour, salt and nuts; mix well. Pour into greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Cold.
