Directions

  1. Whip egg whites; add in cream of tartar, 1/4 c. sugar (1 Tbsp. at a time). Mix cocoa, cornstarch and remaining 1/4 c. sugar. Fold this into egg whites. Add in pecans. Bake on oiled baking sheets or possibly use non-stick pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 min using upper 1/3 of oven.
