Chocolate Malted Ice Cream Torte

Ingredients

  • 1 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. finely grated semi-sweet chocolate

Directions

  1. Make crust by combining ingredients above. Press into cheesecake pan. Next make ice cream filling. Soften 1/2 gallon of ice cream in refrigerator for 45 min. Add in malted lowfat milk pwdr and beat till well blended. Spread over crust.
  2. Next, coarsely chop malt balls and sprinkle them over ice cream, patting them in gently.
  3. Cover and freeze till firmly. Dip knife in hot water and run around torte to loosen. Cut into wedges.
