Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Directions

  1. Combine crust ingredients. Pat firmly in bottom and 1/2" up the side of a 9" spring form pan; chill. To make filling, beat cream cheese till fluffy; add in remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into crust. Bake at 300 degrees for about 65 min or possibly till filling shakes only slightly near center.
