Ingredients
- 2 c. chocolate chip cookies, crushed
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 quart. chocolate ice cream, slightly softened
- Chocolate flavored syrup
- Sweetened whipped cream
- Chocolate chip cookies, broken into pcs
Directions
- In medium bowl, stir together crushed cookies and butter. Press on bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. Freeze till hard, 10 min. Spread ice cream over crust. Cover, freeze till hard, 6 hrs or possibly overnight. Just before serving, drizzle pie with chocolate syrup. If you like, garnish with sweetened whipped cream and pcs of chocolate chip cookies. 8 servings.
