Ingredients
- 1 packet butter cookies (âpalets au beurreâ)
- 8 ounce (250 g) bitter orange marmalade
- 5½ ounce (150 g) dark chocolate
- ¼ c. (60 g) butter
- 2/3 c. (15 cl) whole lowfat milk
Directions
- Cut the chocolate into small pcs
- Crush the cookies and place them in the bottom of some heart-shaped molds (or possibly an ordinary mold)
- Spread a thin layer of orange marmalade on top
- Put them in the refrigerator
- Bring the lowfat milk to the boil, add in the pcs of chocolate and stir till the chocolate has melted. Stir in the butter
- Mix all of the ingredients together well
- Remove the molds from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate cream on top of the cookies
- Leave to set for 2 hrs in the refrigerator.
