Directions

  1. Place lowfat milk, sugar and shredded chocolate over direct heat and let it boil till it becomes a soft ball when dropped in cool water. Remove from heat and add in vanilla. Pour and spread over brownies, place pecans on top of frosting. Cover with wax paper and place in freezer. When you are ready to cut them, remove from freezer let them remain out for a while, cut while they are still frzn. Leave them at room temperature. Don't heat.
