Ingredients
- 20 x Cream-filled cookies
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 12 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 c. Coffee Liqueur
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 x Egg
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 lb Cream cheese
Directions
- To make the crust combine first 3 ingredients in a food processor and pulse till it holds shape. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F To make filling, heat chocolate, liqueur, and butter over medium heat till melted and smooth and set aside.
- With an electric mixer beat together Large eggs, sugar and salt. Add in lowfat sour cream. Add in softened cream cheese a small piece at a time. Gradually blend in chocolate mix. Pour into crust. Bake for 50 min or possibly till middle is barely set. Cold for one hour and refridgerate. Garnish with whipped cream.
