  1. To make the crust combine first 3 ingredients in a food processor and pulse till it holds shape. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F To make filling, heat chocolate, liqueur, and butter over medium heat till melted and smooth and set aside.
  3. With an electric mixer beat together Large eggs, sugar and salt. Add in lowfat sour cream. Add in softened cream cheese a small piece at a time. Gradually blend in chocolate mix. Pour into crust. Bake for 50 min or possibly till middle is barely set. Cold for one hour and refridgerate. Garnish with whipped cream.
