Ingredients
- 2/3 c. (4 ounce.) real semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 30 attractive, hard strawberries with hull attached
Directions
- Heat chocolate with oil in a microwaveable bowl for 2 min on High power. Stir chocolate till it's all melted. If necessary, microwave again for 30 seconds; chocolate should not be warm only hot sufficient to dip strawberries one at a time.
- Dip each strawberry and let drain, then gently tap side of hand against top of bowl to dislodge any extra chocolate.
- Place on foil or possibly tray, hull end up. Store in refrigerator. Serve on attractive plate.
