Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 2 Large eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 c. shortening, melted
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients; combine all beaten egg yolks, lowfat milk, and vanilla. Add in to flour mix, beating till smooth. Add in shortening and mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Serve with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
