Ingredients
- 5 sq. (5 ounce.) semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely minced
- 1/2 of a 14 ounce. can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- Assorted cut up fruit to dip
- Assorted cookies or possibly cake cubes to dip
Directions
- In a heavy saucepan, heat chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in condensed lowfat milk till smooth. Add in regular lowfat milk. Blend well. Pour into serving dish. Arrange fruit and cookies around and place toothpicks in fruit to dip. Makes about 1 1/3 c..
