Directions

  1. Heat chocolate in scalded lowfat milk and beat with hand mixer till blended. Add in the bread cubes to the lowfat milk. Beat the Large eggs slightly and the sugar and salt and mix thoroughly. Gradually stir in the scalded lowfat milk mix, vanilla, nutmeg, raisins and butter.
  2. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish set in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 min, or possibly till a silver knife inserted in center comes out clean.
