  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Cocoa
  • 2/3 c. Oil ( I have substituted 1/3c. oil and 1/3c. applesauce)
  • 2 tsp Soda
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2 tsp White vinegar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pkt (6 ounce) semi-sweet choc. chips

Directions

  1. Mix chocolate mix ingredients well. Beat filling ingredients. Fill paper c. 1/2 full with chocolate mix. Drop heaping tsp. full of filling in the middle of each.
  2. Bake 350 for 25 min. 36 cupcakes 102 calories each
