Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. soft margarine
- 3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 lb candy making lowfat milk chocolate or possibly almond bark
- 60 x cherries, pitted
Directions
- Drain cherries. Combine margarine, syrup, salt, and sugar. Knead till smooth. Put 1 tsp. mix around each cherry. Refrigerate1 hour. Heat chocolate in microwave. Dip cherries till well coated and stand on wax paper to dry.
