Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut butter
  • 6 x Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
  • 3 can Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs with an electric mixer on high, add in sugar and peanut butter; mix well. Stir in candy and evaporated lowfat milk, mixing till combined. Stir in lowfat milk. Pour mix into a 5 qt ice cream freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Allow ice cream to ripen at least 1 hour.
  2. Yield: about 1 gallon.
