  1. soak first 3 ingredients while preparing (mixing) next 8 ingredients
  2. once cake is mixed, mix in first 3 ingredients
  3. pour in cake pan and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of chips
  4. bake @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
  5. cool and eat
